Yes, within the first 30 days of your first hosting payment: we refund you on request, with no need to explain why. The guarantee does not cover domains or renewals, and after the 30 days we do not refund the remaining period: your hosting runs until the end of the paid period.

We don't count your visitors or the data transferred. The real limits are your plan's disk space and the acceptable use rules: the server is shared with other clients, so one website cannot use resources so heavily that it affects the others.

Up to 200 per hour from each email address; messages a website sends from its own code (forms, orders) have a separate limit of 200 per hour, per website. The limit keeps the server clear of spam and is designed for normal correspondence and a website's automated emails. For newsletter campaigns to large lists, use a dedicated email marketing service.

Every day we make a copy of your files, databases and emails, on the server. In addition, an encrypted copy is kept on storage separate from the server. If you need a version from the last 7 days, we restore it for free. You can also download a copy of each website from Enhance at any time, from the backups.

No, on none of the hosting plans. You work from Enhance — files, databases, email, cron jobs, PHP version — and over encrypted FTP (FTPS). If you need a command line, a VPS server comes with root access.

Our hosting doesn't use cPanel but Enhance, and the tools are the same: email addresses, File Manager, encrypted FTP, MySQL databases, the DNS zone, the SSL certificate, the PHP version, cron jobs and backups. The layout is different: in Enhance you start from the website and find its tools in tabs. You log in with the email address you used to order, not with a username. Where each cPanel tool is, you can see in the Enhance instead of cPanel guide, and we move your website from a cPanel account for free*. If you really need cPanel, you can have it on a VPS server, with the license as a paid option.
