In server and price, not at all: the same three plans, the same Enhance panel, the same limits. The difference is at the start: tell us when you order that you want WordPress and we install it for you, free of charge. If you already have a web hosting plan, the WordPress manager is there too.

Yes, for free*: the files, the database and the settings, once, at the start of the contract. Create a temporary user for us or give us delegated access in your old hosting panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk), or send us a complete copy of the website. Don't send us the panel password on WhatsApp or by email. The steps and terms are on the Free migration page.

For a store that's just starting, the Store plan: 30 GB, unlimited email and databases, up to 3 websites. Here each website has 5 concurrent PHP processes, meaning 5 requests handled at the same time. If your store gets a lot of traffic and pages start loading slowly, move to Cloud hosting: 10, 15 or 20 concurrent PHP processes per site, from €18.75 per month when paid for 36 months. You pay once for the whole period, and the longer the period, the cheaper each month: with 1 year you get one month free, with 2 years four, with 3 years nine.

With 3 years, a month comes to €3.75 on Starter, €6.75 on Store and €11.25 on Multi-site. On renewal you pay the same price, for the same period. Prices are final, no VAT added.

Yes, for hosting: within the first 30 days of your first payment we refund you on request, with no need to explain why. The guarantee does not cover domains, whose registration cannot be canceled, nor renewals. After the 30 days we do not refund the remaining period: your hosting runs until the end of the paid period. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, separately.

Go back to a backup. Before a big update, make a backup of the website in Enhance and, if something goes wrong, restore it from the same place. If you didn't get to make one, there's the daily backup: we restore your website for free, from a copy from the last 7 days.

Yes, including purchased ones, as long as they run on PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4 and follow the acceptable use rules. You pay for their license, and you enter the key in WordPress yourself.

No: the plans don't include SSH access, so no command-line WP-CLI either. What you need for WordPress is in Enhance: the WordPress manager, the file manager, databases, encrypted FTP (FTPS) and cron jobs.

No. The plan's name says how many websites it hosts: up to 15, each with its own domain, all in the same Enhance account. WordPress Multisite is a WordPress feature that lets a single installation run several websites.

It can: WooCommerce installs on any plan, and the concurrent PHP processes are the same, 5 per website. Starter, however, has 10 GB, up to 1 GB of RAM and one CPU core, and a store with many products, images and plugins needs more. That's why we recommend the Store plan; if you start on Starter, you can move to a bigger plan at any time without moving the website.

The one you choose, per website: PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4; 8.3 is the default. Before switching to a newer version, check that your theme and plugins support it. The steps and the limits you can change are in the PHP version guide.

Yes: 10 addresses on Starter and unlimited on Store and Multi-site, with Webmail, IMAP and SMTP over SSL, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up automatically on domains using our nameservers. Details on the email on your domain page.
