NBT Host is NBT X Solutions.
The same company on the invoice, the same team on the phone, the same registered office.
At NBT X Solutions we build business websites and online stores. NBT Host started for our website clients, so they would no longer need a second company for hosting. But we also host sites built by others: you don't have to be an NBT X client.

The domain, in your name
We register it through an accredited registrar, Openprovider, in your name, not ours.

Our own nameservers
ns1.nbt-host.ro and ns2.nbt-host.ro. Your domain's DNS zone, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, is set up automatically in Enhance.

Servers in the EU
We rent them from a German data center provider and manage them ourselves, from Enhance. Only the people who manage them have access to the data, and they are bound by confidentiality — details in the data processing agreement.

Enhance and SSL
Your account is in Enhance, with NBT Host branding. Let's Encrypt certificates are issued and renewed automatically, for every domain and subdomain.

Backups every day
Files, databases and emails, with an encrypted copy on separate storage. Restoring a backup from the last 7 days is free.
- 06
Encrypted copy, kept separately
It goes to storage separate from the server, also in the EU. If the server has a problem, the copy is still there.
If you leave, you take everything with you. You can download a backup of each site from Enhance at any time, and if you cancel, we give you time to download your data before we delete the account. Details in the terms.
All the providers your data passes through, from the server provider to the domain registrar, are listed in the Privacy Policy.
From the first message to a live website.
You order directly from us. Two of the steps are yours: you write to us and you pay by card. We do the rest.

On WhatsApp, by phone or by email: what site you have and what domain you want. Or choose yourself, on the order page.
We recommend a plan
And we tell you what needs to be done with the domain, before you pay anything.
You pay
By card, on the site, on the secure Stripe payment page. Prices are in euros and are final: the company is not registered for VAT.
You get the invoice
By email, from NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL, once the payment is confirmed.
We activate your account
Right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes (for Bulk, within two business days at most). You receive your Enhance login details.
Your site is online
If it's currently with another provider, we move it for you, free*.
If you're a consumer, you have 14 days in which you can withdraw from the contract. To have your account activated right after payment, you tick the activation request when ordering; you keep your right of withdrawal, paying only for the part of the hosting used up to that point — details in Right of Withdrawal.
