No. Bulk is a single Enhance account with all the websites in it, so anyone with access to the account sees all of them. If you want a client to upload their own files, you create an encrypted FTP (FTPS) account for them in Enhance, limited to their website's folder; they get email addresses on their own domain, with webmail.
Bulk, if you have more than 100 websites or need more than 250 GB: websites are unlimited, and the space is 300 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB. Up to 100 websites and 250 GB, cloud hosting costs less — from €18.75 per month, when paid for 36 months — and has 10, 15 or 20 concurrent PHP processes per website, depending on the plan. Yes, you can move to a larger plan at any time; before that, we tell you in writing how much you pay and from when it applies (see the terms). Bulk 500 and Bulk 1000 run on a dedicated server, so we move your account — with websites, databases and emails — to the server prepared for you, and we agree on the time of the move together.
At most 2 business days from payment confirmation, for all Bulk plans. With our other hosting, the account is created immediately after payment; with Bulk we take extra time to prepare the account or the server.
Tell us which website you want back and from which day: we restore it free of charge, from any of the daily backups from the last 7 days. The backup includes files, databases and emails. You can also download each website's backup yourself from Enhance at any time.
No, on no plan. You work from Enhance: File Manager, encrypted FTP (FTPS) accounts, databases, cron jobs and the WordPress manager for WordPress sites.

Visit statistics with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Only runs if you turn it on; it sets the _ga cookies, kept for 2 years.
