NBT Partners is the package for web agencies and freelancers: you create your clients, their packages and their websites yourself, in the Enhance panel with your name and on your domain, or through the API. The panel license is ours, included in the price.

What you get
The panel is yours. The servers and the license are ours.
It is not one big account holding all the websites, as with Bulk hosting. It is a reseller organization: under it, each of your clients has their own organization, with the limits you give them and their own access to the panel.
Enhance panel, license included
The panel is the one we host on ourselves: Enhance. The license is ours and is included in the package price, so you buy nothing from Enhance and have no contract with them.
Your clients, kept apart
Each client has their own organization: their websites, mailboxes and databases never mix with anyone else’s. You create the account for them or invite them to log in themselves.
Your packages, your prices
You build the packages for your clients — how many sites, how much storage, how many mailboxes — within the limits of your package. What you charge your clients is up to you.
VPS server included with 50 and 100
With Partner 50 and Partner 100, your clients’ websites run on a server just for you, in our cluster. We buy it and set it up within 2 business days; updates, security and backups stay with us.
An API with your token
Everything you do in the panel you can also do through the API: clients, subscriptions, websites, domains, email, DNS, SSL, backups. The token only sees your organization and your clients. API documentation.

The limits are the total for all your clients together. Split them however you like: one client with ten websites or ten clients with one each.

Memory (RAM) and CPU cores (vCPU) are maximum limits per website, not resources set aside. With Partner 50 and 100, your clients’ websites use your whole server: its memory, CPU and disk. The packages are sold to companies only, billed monthly by card; the invoice arrives automatically by email. NBT Partners packages do not have the 30-day money-back guarantee that comes with hosting. Your organization is created right after payment. Within one business day you receive the invitation to the panel and choose your password: no password ever travels by email.

Your logo, colors, the panel domain (
panel.your-agency.com) and, if you like, nameservers with your name. With Partner 50 and 100, your server is ready within 2 business days. - 04

From the panel or through the API, with the token you create under
Settings → Access tokens. You see it only once: keep it like a password.
API
The whole panel, through the API too.
The API is the Enhance panel’s own, at https://server.nbt-host.com/api, with your token in the Authorization: Bearer header. Clients, subscriptions, websites, domains, mailboxes, DNS, SSL, backups, suspension — with curl, PHP and Node examples in the documentation.

What is yours, what stays ours.
No. The panel is ours and so is the license, included in the package price: you have no contract with Enhance and pay nothing extra for the panel.
A VPS server only for your clients’ websites, added to our cluster, under your panel. We buy it and set it up within 2 business days; you can work in the meantime, and we move whatever you create until then to your server. You do not get root or SSH access: we handle updates, security and backups.
No, neither you nor your clients. If you need a server with root for something other than your clients’ websites, that is a VPS server.
No. The package lets you have clients, not resellers under you. And you cannot sell more than the package holds: with 50 websites, the panel refuses the 51st, however you split your packages.
On your domain, for example panel.your-agency.com: you add an A record pointing to our server and enter the name in the panel, under Settings → Platform. The certificate is installed automatically within a few minutes. You keep logging in to our panel, as a partner; your clients only to yours.
By default, ours: ns1.nbt-host.ro and ns2.nbt-host.ro. You can also use nameservers with your name, ns1.your-agency.com and ns2.your-agency.com: you add them in the panel and create two A records in your domain.
You do. Your clients are yours: you sell to them, invoice them and answer them. We answer you, for the server, the panel and the API; with Partner 50 and 100, your requests go ahead of the others.
You get an email when a payment fails. If the payment does not come through within 7 days of the due date, the package is suspended, and your clients with it: their websites and email stop working, and nothing new can be created in the panel or through the API. Nothing is deleted. Once you pay, everything starts again within a few minutes.
Bulk is a single account, yours, holding all the websites. Here each of your clients has their own account, with their own limits and access, on the panel with your brand, and you can also manage them through the API.
