We update WordPress, your plugins and your theme, with a copy of the website made before every update. We check that the website works after each update and that it stays online, and every month we tell you what we did.

Prices per WordPress website, final: NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL is not registered for VAT. You pay monthly, in advance, by card, in euros, through Stripe. Maintenance is added to an NBT Host hosting plan. We reply Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Romanian time (EET/EEST).
This is what you get whichever tier you choose, in the same order every time. If something breaks, we roll back to the copy and tell you what happened.

Once, free of charge: which plugins and theme you have, what is abandoned or incompatible with PHP 8.3, and whether it is already infected. At the same time, we harden WordPress security.
Before every update we save the website, in addition to the daily backup you already have with your hosting.

Custom development and new plugins. We never do any work without your confirmation. For a new website: We build your website.
When an update cannot be done without fixing something old, we keep the existing version and explain the risk.
Elementor Pro, WPML, ACF Pro: we update them as long as the license is active, but you pay for the license and you enter the key in WordPress yourself. Do not send it to us by chat or email.
Your website's content stays yours. Maintenance keeps the technical side up to date.
Alerts reach us at any time; we act during business hours.
Maintenance lowers the risk, it does not eliminate it: we do not promise that a website will never go down or never be attacked.
No: we only work on WordPress websites hosted with us, because we rely on the copies on our server. We migrate your website for free, once, at the start of the contract, if you have access to the old panel or a full copy of the website. The steps and conditions are on the Free migration page.

The price is per website. You can have different tiers on different websites, for example Complete on your store and Essential on your blog.
No. We run updates and copies from the server panel. For the Google Search Console report (with Complete), you add us as a user in your Google account; you do not give us the password.
At any time, effective at the end of the paid month. There is no minimum term. If you are an individual consumer, you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal.

We recommend the right tier and, if your website is currently with another company, we migrate it for free*.
Together with a monthly hosting plan, you pay for maintenance by card, on the website, on the secure Stripe checkout page, and the invoice from NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL arrives by email.
Without your consent, we only use what is strictly necessary for the site to work. Analytics, with Google Analytics, only runs if you accept it; we don't use marketing cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
You choose what loads. You can change your choice at any time from the page footer.
They make the site work and remember your choice here. They cannot be turned off.
Visit statistics with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Only runs if you turn it on; it sets the _ga cookies, kept for 2 years.
