Business hours means our working hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Romanian time (EET/EEST): an order paid on Friday evening is handled on Monday morning. The server is prepared by hand, with exactly what you ticked, which is why we don't promise “instant”.

Either a plain operating system — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky — or a ready-made image, with the program already installed and running: n8n, Docker, Nextcloud, GitLab, WireGuard, LAMP, Dokploy. All are included in the price and are chosen when you order. Windows Server is also possible, but it's a paid add-on: €33 per month.

To get started, no: you choose the image when you order, and the server comes with the program installed and running — you open it in your browser and use it. But that's where our part ends: configuring the program, updating it and fixing it remain your responsibility, and for that it's good to have someone who knows what they're doing.

The server's IP address and the details you use to log in as root, plus the plan, image and add-ons you chose. The first thing we recommend, in the first hour: change the password and add an SSH key.

Included on every plan: unlimited traffic, one IP address, private network, the operating systems, the ready-made images and the snapshots in your plan. Paid separately, for the same period as the server, are only the add-ons you tick: automatic backup, extra space, object storage, cPanel, Plesk or Enhance licenses, Windows Server, a server in the United Kingdom and uptime monitoring for the websites on the server. All of them, with their prices, are in the add-ons table.

It stays broken until you fix it: administration is not part of what we offer and we don't intervene on your server. That's why the daily backup is worth it, from €4 per month, depending on the plan: it keeps the last 10 versions of the server, and you ask us for a restore from a specific day, by email or on WhatsApp, and we do it the same business day. Anyone who has lost a database once knows what it's worth.

You ask us. We buy the server from the provider, so the panel with the snapshot and restore buttons is ours, not yours — we say this openly, because it's a real difference compared with a VPS bought directly. You email us or message us on WhatsApp with what you want, and we take the snapshot or do the restore the same business day. A snapshot is worth requesting before a big change, so you have something to go back to.

The server keeps running until the end of the period you paid for: the month or, with yearly payment, the year. After that, we give you seven days to download your data and send you a warning email two days before deletion. At the end of the seven days we delete everything, and from then on there is no way back, not even for us. In short, above.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to hosting plans: it does not apply to VPS servers, because we buy the server for you from the provider and pay for it in advance, and that payment can't be undone. We're telling you this here, not after you've paid.

Your legal right remains: if you are an individual, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving us a reason. Because you expressly ask us, when you order, to prepare the server immediately — otherwise you wouldn't have your access details within eight hours —, if you withdraw you pay only for the part of the paid period you have already used, and we refund the rest. You can, but then the web server, the SSL certificate, the email addresses, the backup and the updates are up to you. For a website that just needs to work, Enhance hosting is cheaper and we take care of everything underneath the website. A VPS makes sense when you want to run things that hosting doesn't allow.

No. The server has its own IP address and you can work with that alone. If you want a name instead of numbers, you point a domain of your own, or one bought from us, to that IP.

By card, on the website, monthly or for 1 year: you choose when you order. For 1 year you get one month free on the server — 12 months for the price of 11 —, while the add-ons you tick are paid for all 12 months, at their monthly price. The first payment is made when you order, then the subscription renews for the same period and at the same price, and the invoice arrives automatically by email. The add-ons you tick appear on the same invoice. If a renewal payment fails, we stop the server 3 days after the due date and delete the data 10 days after it, with an email at every step.
