Memory (RAM) and processor cores (vCPU) are maximum limits for the account, not reserved resources: you use them when you need them.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the hosting isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you, no questions asked. The guarantee covers hosting plans: it does not cover domains, whose registration cannot be canceled, or renewals. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, separately.
The price stays the same on renewal
At renewal you pay what you paid when you ordered, for the same period: one month, 1 year or, with Cloud 1, 2 or 3 years. There is no hidden price increase after the first period.

Concurrent PHP processes
More checkouts open. A shorter line.
How many pages the server can prepare at the same time, for each website — like the number of checkouts open in a store. Web hosting has 5. Cloud has 10, 15 or 20.

Every page requested takes up a process
A visitor opens a product, searches or adds something to the cart, and the server uses a PHP process while it builds the page. Images and files that don't change, such as CSS, are sent directly, without PHP.

When they're all busy, a line forms
New requests wait for a free process, and the page loads slowly — exactly when you have the most customers: during a campaign, a sale, or after a post that took off.

The limit is per website, not per account
With Cloud 2, each website in the account can use up to 15 processes at once — not 15 shared among all of them.
Web hosting: 5 processes are working, 7 requests are waiting in line. Cloud 1: 10 processes are working, 2 requests are waiting in line. Cloud 2: all 12 requests are served at once, and 3 processes remain free. Cloud 3: all 12 requests are served at once, and 8 processes remain free.
Illustrative example: 12 visitors request a page at the same moment. The number of processes is the actual one for each plan.

Questions about cloud hosting
Before you order.
Write to us and we change your account's plan. Your websites, databases and email addresses stay where they are, with the same login details: you don't move anything and you don't reconfigure anything. The extra PHP processes then apply to every website in the account.
Not each individual page: a page that loads slowly because of the theme, plugins or code stays just as heavy. What changes is what happens when many visitors arrive at once — more pages are prepared in parallel, so fewer people wait in line. If the website is slow even with a single visitor, a bigger plan won't solve the problem; ask us before you move to cloud.
The ones included in the chosen plan (up to 30, 60 or 100), once, at the start of the contract, if they fit within the plan's limits. We bring them over from hosting with cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk, through a temporary user or delegated access that you create for us, or from a full copy of the files and database. Don't send us your panel password over WhatsApp or email. We don't rebuild websites built on closed platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify) and we don't do repairs. The daily backup includes files, databases and emails. If you need a version from the last 7 days, we restore it free of charge. You can also download each website's backup yourself from Enhance at any time.
You pay once for the whole period, and the monthly cost gets lower the longer the period. For 1 year you get one month free, on any plan. Cloud 1 can also be paid for 2 years, with 4 months free, or for 3 years, with 9 months free; Cloud 2 and Cloud 3 are paid monthly or for 1 year.

For 3 years, Cloud 1 comes to €18.75 per month; for 1 year, Cloud 2 comes to €32.08 per month, and Cloud 3 to €41.25. At renewal you pay the same price, for the same period. Prices are final, no VAT added.
Yes, on any cloud plan: within the first 30 days of your first payment we refund your money on request, without you having to explain why. The guarantee does not cover domains, whose registration cannot be canceled, or renewals. After the 30 days we don't refund the remaining period: the hosting runs until the end of the paid period. The legal 14-day right of withdrawal remains, separately.
No, on no NBT Host plan. You work from Enhance — files, databases, email, cron jobs, PHP version — and over encrypted FTP (FTPS). You manage WordPress sites from the Enhance WordPress manager.
