Website, domain, hosting. Just one phone call.

NBT Host is the hosting brand of NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL, the Romanian company that builds websites under the name NBT X Solutions. We offer web hosting, WordPress, cloud and Bulk hosting with Enhance, VPS servers, domains and email on your domain, on servers in the European Union. We also host sites built by others, and on the phone and on WhatsApp you talk to the team that manages the servers.

For a business website, an online store or up to 15 sites, web hosting. If your site runs on WordPress, WordPress hosting, with the same plans. For sites that have outgrown the web plans, or for up to 100 sites, cloud hosting; for more than 100 sites or more than 250 GB, Bulk hosting. If you're not sure, tell us what site you have and we'll recommend a plan.

Web hosting and WordPress hosting start from €3.75 per month, and cloud hosting from €18.75 per month, when paid for 36 months: €135 for Starter and €675 for Cloud 1, paid once for 3 years. For Starter, Store, Multi-site and Cloud 1 you choose monthly, 1 year, 2 years or 3 years, and the longer the period, the cheaper each month: 1 year gets you one month free, 2 years four, 3 years nine. Cloud 2, Cloud 3 and Bulk hosting are paid monthly or for 1 year; Bulk 500 and Bulk 1000, for 1 year only. On renewal you pay the same price, for the same period.

Yes, free*. You create a temporary user for us or give us delegated access in your old hosting panel, or you send us a full copy of the site, and we move the files, the database and the settings. Never send us your password on WhatsApp or by email. The steps are on the Free migration page.

By card, directly on the site: at the end of your order you pay on the secure Stripe payment page, your hosting account is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed, and the invoice, issued by NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL through SmartBill, is sent to you by email. As an individual, you tick the activation request when ordering, so we can start your account right after payment; you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal. For a website quote, a domain transfer or an extension ordered through us (.ai, .de, .it, .fr, .md), message us on WhatsApp.

Yes, for hosting: within the first 30 days of your first payment we refund you on request, with no need to explain why. The guarantee does not cover domains, whose registration cannot be canceled, nor renewals. After the 30 days we do not refund the remaining period: your hosting runs until the end of the paid period. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, separately.

Your account is active right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes; for Bulk hosting, within 2 business days at most. If you point an existing domain to us, the DNS change propagates across the internet within a few hours, sometimes up to 48 hours.
