The files and databases go to your new account. The site on your current hosting stays online, exactly as it is.

We open the site directly from our server and check the pages, forms and admin panel. If something doesn't work, you find out before anything is changed.
If you bought the domain through us, we point it ourselves. If it's with another provider, you enter ns1.nbt-host.ro and ns2.nbt-host.ro in their panel. Propagation usually takes a few hours, sometimes up to 48.
The SSL certificate is issued automatically. Keep your old hosting for a few days, until you see everything works, then delete the temporary user you created for us.
Files, databases, email addresses. How much comes over in one go depends on your current hosting panel; from you, we need just one thing: temporary access to it or a full copy.
Don't send us any password on WhatsApp or by email. Just tell us which panel your current hosting uses or which provider your site is with, and we'll tell you how to give us access safely.
We don't shut down your current site to start the new one: while DNS propagates, both servers have the same site, and the old hosting stays on until after propagation. So, under normal conditions, whenever a visitor arrives, they find the site.
For an online store or a site where visitors place orders or leave messages, we agree together on the timing of the final copy and the DNS change, so no new data is left only on the old server.
A website is made of files and, most of the time, a MySQL database. If your current hosting lets you copy them, the migration works the same way, whatever the website is built with. Only a few details differ.
The files, database and settings land in your account, and after the move you manage the website from the WordPress manager in Enhance: updates, plugins, themes and backups. What each plan includes is on the WordPress hosting page.
We agree together on the time of the final copy and the DNS change, so that no new order stays only on the old server. What to set up after the move (PHP, cron, order emails) is in the WooCommerce guide.
A hand-coded website or one built with another CMS moves the same way: the files, plus the database export if it has one. The condition is that it runs on PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4, and the test shows that before the DNS change.
From cPanel they come with the website, messages included. From other panels we create them again on the new server, and you move the old messages yourself, with the steps in the guide to moving messages.
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get the access or the copy. Your account is active right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes (for Bulk, within 2 business days at most). After the DNS change, propagation usually takes a few hours, sometimes up to 48.
It depends on your current panel: see what we move from each. On other panels, you save the old messages from your old account, which is why you keep your old hosting for a few days after the migration. If your email is with Google or Microsoft, tell us before the nameservers are changed, so we keep its settings.
No. You can leave it with the provider you bought it from and just change the nameservers there to ns1.nbt-host.ro and ns2.nbt-host.ro — the steps are in the nameserver guide. If you bought the domain through us, we change them ourselves. If you want, you can also transfer it to us: see domains. Have a .de domain? Write to us first, as we use a different method for it.
Free migration only covers the sites included in your plan, so choose one that fits them all: Multi-site, up to 15 sites, or cloud hosting, with 30, 60 or 100 sites.
No: repairs and updates are not part of the migration (see what's not included), but we'll tell you what we find. The server runs PHP 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4: if the site doesn't work on these versions, we'll see it during the test, before the DNS change.
Yes. You have the Enhance panel, with the file manager and MySQL databases, and if you're coming from cPanel, Enhance can import the full backup of your old account on its own. The steps are in the guide Moving a WordPress site from another host. If you get stuck, we do the migration for you, free, under the same conditions.
Yes. You only pay for the hosting plan, from €3.75 per month when paid for 36 months; the migration costs €0, on any plan: web, WordPress, cloud or Bulk. It applies to the websites included in the plan, once, at the start of the contract, if you give us access or a full copy and the website fits in the plan — the four conditions.
We open the website directly from our server and check the pages, forms and admin panel. You can check it too, from your own computer, using the hosts file: the steps are in the WordPress migration guide. A certificate warning is normal in this test: the real certificate is issued after the DNS change.
The website gets one for free, from Let's Encrypt: as soon as the domain points to our server, Enhance requests it on its own and then renews it automatically. If DNS propagation hasn't finished, it retries on its own, at growing intervals. How to check that it has been issued is in the free SSL certificate guide.
No: these platforms don't allow the website to be exported, so it has to be rebuilt. We can build it: a business website from €200, an online store from €300, with the final price confirmed before we start. You keep the domain: point it to us or transfer it.

You pay for the plan by card, on the site, on the secure Stripe payment page: your hosting account is activated automatically after payment, and the invoice from NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL is sent to you by email.
Without your consent, we only use what is strictly necessary for the site to work. Analytics, with Google Analytics, only runs if you accept it; we don't use marketing cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
You choose what loads. You can change your choice at any time from the page footer.
They make the site work and remember your choice here. They cannot be turned off.
Visit statistics with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Only runs if you turn it on; it sets the _ga cookies, kept for 2 years.
