Terms for NBT Partners
Annex to the NBT Host Terms and Conditions for the NBT Partners reseller packages: Partner 30, Partner 50 and Partner 100. It applies together with the Terms; where the annex says otherwise, the annex applies to these packages.
Last updated: 22 October 2026 (version 1)
A1. What it is
1.1. The “Reseller” (or the “Partner”) is the company that buys an NBT Partners package — Partner 30, Partner 50 or Partner 100 (the “Reseller Package”) — in order to host, under its own account, websites and email services for its clients (the “Reseller’s Clients”).
1.2. The package is sold only to legal entities and authorized sole traders (PFA), for their business activity. The 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 (OUG 34/2014), which concerns consumers, does not apply. The 30-day “money-back” guarantee for hosting does not apply to the Reseller Package or to the Reseller’s own server (point 2.8); the Reseller is informed of this before payment, on the packages page and on the order page.
1.3. There is no contract between NBT X SOLUTIONS SRL (“NBT Host”) and the Reseller’s Clients. The Reseller sells to them, invoices them and provides them with support in its own name.
1.4. The panel and its license. The hosting panel is Enhance, operated by NBT Host on NBT Host infrastructure. The panel license belongs to NBT Host and is included in the price of the Reseller Package (“Enhance panel, license included”). The Reseller has no contract with the panel provider (Enhance Ltd.) and pays nothing separately for it; it uses the panel only through the account received from NBT Host, under the conditions of this annex. If NBT Host changes the panel provider, it notifies the Reseller 30 days in advance, and the price of the package does not increase for this reason during the paid period.
A2. What the reseller gets
2.1. A reseller organization in the hosting panel, with the limits of the package purchased (websites: up to 50, 100 or 250; disk space, clients, mailboxes, databases, memory and CPU per website), as shown on the packages page on the date of the order. The limits are enforced technically by the panel: an operation over the limit (for example, a 51st website on Partner 30) is refused. “Unlimited email” means no limit on the number of mailboxes, within the package’s disk space and the server’s sending limits; it does not mean bulk sending (section A4).
2.2. The panel with the Reseller’s brand, on all packages: the panel’s name, logo, colors and domain (point 2.6).
2.3. Priority support (Partner 50 and Partner 100): the Reseller’s requests regarding the server, the panel and the API are handled ahead of regular ones, during support hours; it does not include support for the Reseller’s Clients or a guaranteed resolution time.
2.4. Access to the panel’s application programming interface (API), through access keys (“tokens”) created by the Reseller. A token gives access only to the Reseller’s organization and to the organizations of its Clients.
2.5. The package does not include: root or SSH access, choice of server, reselling to other resellers, exceeding the limits, administration of the Clients’ websites, or support provided directly to the Reseller’s Clients. Access to the panel is activated through an invitation sent by NBT Host to the email address in the order; NBT Host does not send passwords.
2.6. The panel on the Reseller’s domain. The Reseller’s Clients log in to the panel on a domain of the Reseller (for example, panel.your-agency.com), which the Reseller points to the NBT Host servers. The Reseller is responsible for that domain and its DNS records; if it changes them, the certificate is no longer renewed. The panel’s emails to the Reseller’s Clients are sent from the address chosen by the Reseller.
2.7. The included VPS server (Partner 50: 6 vCPU, 12 GB RAM, 200 GB SSD or 100 GB NVMe; Partner 100: 8 vCPU, 24 GB RAM, 300 GB SSD or 150 GB NVMe). NBT Host buys the server from its provider and adds it to the NBT Host cluster, in a group reserved for the Reseller, within 2 business days of payment for the first month; until then, websites can be created on the shared servers, and NBT Host moves them to the included server. The server remains NBT Host’s and is managed by NBT Host (updates, security, backups); the Reseller does not receive root, SSH or any access to the server. The Clients’ websites use the disk of the included server (200 GB or 300 GB SSD), part of which is taken up by the operating system and backups. When the package ends, the server is shut down (point 5.3).
2.8. The Reseller’s own server (optional, at the rates on the order page). NBT Host buys the server from its provider and adds it to the NBT Host cluster, in a group reserved for the Reseller; the Clients’ websites created after handover run on it. The server remains managed by NBT Host: the Reseller does not receive root, SSH or any access to the server and cannot add servers from other providers. If the server is not paid for, point 5.1 applies (suspension after 7 days, together with the Reseller’s Clients); after a further 30 days, NBT Host may move the websites back to the shared servers or delete them, and then shut down the server with the provider.
A3. Reseller obligations
3.1. The Reseller is responsible for its Clients and for everything they host (content, applications, emails sent), as if it were its own content, toward NBT Host and toward third parties.
3.2. The Reseller imposes on its Clients, through their contract with it, rules at least as strict as the Acceptable Use Policy (section A4).
3.3. The Reseller keeps its contact details accurate and responds to NBT Host’s notices concerning one of its Clients within 24 business hours; for illegal content reported under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), NBT Host proceeds in accordance with section 20 of the Terms, and the Reseller acts without delay.
3.4. The Reseller treats tokens like passwords: it does not publish them or put them in publicly accessible code, restricts them by IP when it can, and deletes them as soon as it suspects a leak. Anything done with a Reseller token is considered done by the Reseller.
3.5. The Reseller does not abuse the API (mass requests that overload the server, attempts to access other organizations).
3.6. The Reseller does not use the NBT Host brand in its own name without written consent; it may present the services under its own brand.
A4. Acceptable use policy
It applies to the Reseller and its Clients, in addition to section 8 of the Terms. The following are prohibited, among others:
- sending unsolicited messages (spam), using purchased lists, circumventing the server’s sending limits;
- phishing, impersonating other organizations, collecting data under false pretenses;
- malware, botnets, scanning other networks, open proxies or relays;
- cryptocurrency mining and processes that use the CPU continuously without any connection to a website;
- illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, infringements of copyright or trademarks, trade in prohibited goods;
- hosting a domain or an email address that neither the Reseller nor the Client owns or has the right to use;
- any attempt to circumvent the separation between organizations or the package limits.
A5. Suspension and termination
5.1. Non-payment. If a payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the Reseller Package is suspended together with all the Reseller’s Clients: their websites and email stop working, and no changes can be made from the panel or through the API. Nothing is deleted. After payment, the service is reactivated automatically; Clients suspended by the Reseller itself remain suspended.
5.2. Abuse. NBT Host may immediately suspend one of the Reseller’s Clients (or, if the abuse continues or comes from the Reseller, the entire package) when it finds a breach of section A4 or receives a well-founded report, notifying the Reseller.
5.3. Termination. When the subscription ends, the package and the Reseller’s Clients are suspended. The data is kept for 30 days, during which the Reseller may request that its Clients be moved to NBT Host hosting plans or that the data be exported. After this period, the data may be permanently deleted.
5.4. NBT Host is not liable to the Reseller’s Clients for suspension or termination caused by the Reseller’s non-payment or breaches.
A6. Personal data
6.1. For the personal data of the Reseller’s Clients (and of the visitors to their websites), the Reseller (or its Client) is the controller or processor, and NBT Host is the (sub-)processor, under the terms of the NBT Host Data Processing Agreement, which also applies to the Reseller. The Reseller ensures that it has a legal basis and that its Clients accept NBT Host as a sub-processor.
6.2. Security incidents affecting the data of the Reseller’s Clients are reported to the Reseller within the time limit set in the Data Processing Agreement (no later than 48 hours after discovery), and the Reseller informs its Clients.
A7. Liability
7.1. The limitations of liability in the NBT Host Terms also apply to the Reseller Package; the reference amount is the amount paid by the Reseller in the last 12 months.
7.2. The Reseller indemnifies NBT Host against third-party claims (including those of its Clients and of authorities) arising from the content or activity of its Clients.
A8. Price and changes
8.1. The price of the package is the one on the website on the date of the order (Partner 30: €30, Partner 50: €50, Partner 100: €100 per month, final prices), paid monthly by card; the invoice is issued automatically. The price includes the panel license and, for Partner 50 and 100, the included VPS server.
8.2. Changes to the price or limits are announced 30 days in advance, as set out in the NBT Host Terms; a reduction of the limits does not affect what the Reseller’s Clients are already using without the Reseller’s consent.
